This whole thing started because of a trip I wasn't ready for. Years ago, I walked into a U.S. consulate for my own visa interview — completely underprepared, completely terrified. I got through it, but the feeling stuck with me. That mix of anxiety and helplessness when you know the stakes are high and you have no idea what's coming.
I started helping friends prepare for their F-1 interviews. Then friends of friends. Then strangers on YouTube who were just as scared as I had been. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being a favour and became a calling. I've now studied hundreds of interview patterns and built a system that works — not through scripts, but through understanding what the officer is really looking for.
Growing up as an army kid, I moved to a new city every couple of years. That taught me how to read people quickly, adapt fast, and find common ground with anyone — which turns out to be exactly what visa interview prep needs. Today, I coach students one-on-one, run mock interviews that mirror real consulate conditions, and review every document until your story is airtight. When I'm not doing that, you'll find me posting life updates on Instagram or being dragged to yet another football match by my son.
