A note from Shachi

"I'm just visiting my son", you think. How hard can it be?
Visitor visas have the highest refusal rates of any U.S. visa category. Officers see hundreds of B2 applications a day, and every applicant looks like a potential overstay until proven otherwise. If you're retired, have family in the U.S., or can't explain what brings you back to India, you're in the high-risk pile.
I built my STAMP Method around the five things every officer evaluates. Story: why are you visiting. Ties: what brings you back. Answers: can you say it in 15 seconds. Money: who's paying. Papers: does every document match your story. For B2 visitors, ties win the interview.
If you want to walk in with strong ties and clear answers, let's talk.

Sound familiar?
"I'm just visiting my son, why would they refuse me?"
Having family in the U.S. is a risk factor, not an asset. Officers worry you'll stay. You need strong ties back home.
"I'm retired, I don't have a job to show"
Retirement makes ties harder to prove, not easier. Property, pension, family who needs you home, that's your return story.
"My child is paying for everything"
Self-funded is easier. When someone else pays, the officer wonders if you'll become dependent on them once you land.
"I don't know what documents to bring"
Common pitfalls
That's a reason to go, not a reason to come back. Officers need to hear what pulls you home.
"I have nothing to do in India" is the worst thing you can say. We dig for what you overlooked: property, a regular doctor, family who counts on you being home.
Full financial dependence on the U.S.-based sponsor makes officers wonder if you'll become a public charge.
My approach
Why are you visiting? We build a clear narrative around your visit, family occasion, tourism plan, or medical appointment, with specific dates and purpose.
What brings you back? This is everything for B2 visas. We identify your strongest ties, property, pension, medical care, community, spouse staying back, so the officer has no doubt.
Can you explain your visit in 15 seconds? Officers decide fast. We structure every answer, visit purpose, travel dates, return plan, practiced in mock interviews.
Who's paying for the trip? Whether self-funded or sponsored, the officer needs to understand the financial picture without doubting your independence.

Ideally 4-6 weeks before your interview. That gives enough time for document review, answer building, and multiple mock interviews. If you're late, don't worry. Our Core package works as a 3-day crash course.
No one can guarantee approval. The final decision rests with the consular officer. What we guarantee: you walk into your interview fully prepared, with clear answers, strong documentation, and real confidence. We've coached 2,500+ applicants one-on-one, and we are always transparent that no one can promise a specific outcome.
You'll experience a realistic simulation of a U.S. visa interview. I play the role of the consular officer using real questions specific to your visa type and profile. After the mock, you receive the recording so you can review your performance and refine your answers before the real thing.
Almost certainly. Over the years, I've worked with applicants across every visa category and situation — prior refusals, complex employment histories, complicated finances, applications from high-scrutiny consulates, dependent visas, and more. If you're unsure whether your situation is something I can help with, just message us on WhatsApp. I'm happy to discuss before you commit to anything.
All sessions are online via Google Meet or Zoom, so you can prepare from anywhere in India or the world. We also record each mock interview for your own self-review, which you can't get in-person at the embassy.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay (for INR payments), and Stripe (for USD payments). All prices are listed in both USD and INR. Payment is collected after an initial consultation to ensure the service is right for you.
B2 applicants either bring nothing or bring everything. Neither works. We tell you what actually matters.
"I applied before and was refused"
Prior refusals make every subsequent application harder. You need to understand what changed.
"I'll visit for a few months" without dates, itinerary, or return ticket signals you don't have a clear plan.
If you stayed longer than planned before, officers remember. You need to explain why this time is different.
Invitation letter, property documents, bank statements, itinerary, they must all tell the same story. We curate only what strengthens your case.
