These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shachi Mall website and coaching services. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
What We Offer
Shachi Mall provides U.S. visa interview preparation, including mock interviews, document review, and coaching. We are not immigration lawyers and do not provide legal advice. Visa decisions are made solely by U.S. consular officers.
No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Our coaching improves your communication, preparation, and confidence. It does not and cannot guarantee a visa approval. Visa outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including officer discretion, documentation, and the applicant's individual circumstances.
Booking and Payment
- Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via Stripe (USD) or Razorpay (INR).
- Prices are listed on the website and may change with notice. The price at time of booking is the price you pay.
- All payments are for the coaching service and are non-transferable to third parties.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
- You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or one free reschedule.
- No-shows and cancellations within 6 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your visa case so we can prepare effectively.
- Attend sessions on time and in a quiet, well-lit environment.
- Do not record sessions without our prior written consent.
- Use our materials only for your own preparation — do not distribute them.
Intellectual Property
All materials we share with you (question banks, prep documents, videos, frameworks) are the intellectual property of Shachi Mall and are licensed for your personal use only. Do not copy, sell, or share them publicly.
Testimonials and Publicity
We may ask for your consent to share your success story. Sharing is always optional, and we only publish testimonials you have explicitly authorized. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including visa denial, travel costs, or lost opportunities.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
