Shachi Mall provides U.S. visa interview preparation and communication coaching only. We are not licensed immigration attorneys and do not provide legal advice. If you need legal counsel about your visa case, please consult a qualified U.S. immigration attorney.

No Guarantee of Approval

Visa decisions are made solely by U.S. consular officers at the time of your interview. No one — including us — can guarantee a visa outcome. Our coaching improves your preparation, clarity, and confidence, which has helped many applicants, but we cannot promise approval.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not file visa applications or DS-160 forms on your behalf.
  • We do not advise on which visa category to apply for.
  • We do not represent you before USCIS, the Department of State, or any U.S. government agency.
  • We do not prepare or certify financial documents, affidavits of support, or other legal paperwork.

What We Do

  • Prepare you for the questions consular officers typically ask.
  • Help you craft clear, honest, confident answers grounded in your real situation.
  • Review the story your documents tell and flag gaps that could raise questions.
  • Practice with you through realistic mock interviews and give you detailed feedback.

Honesty Policy

We coach you to tell your true story, clearly. We will never help you mislead an officer, misrepresent facts, or fabricate a narrative. Lying to a consular officer is a federal offense and can permanently damage your immigration record.
